Former Tennessee State Senator, David Fowler, turned lobbyist and head of the Family Action Council of Tenessee has blocked an anti-descrimination law, scoring a victory for Tennessee families. Not a score for anti-descrimination, mind you. Specifcally, Fowler scored a victory for the Family Action Council of Tennessee.
