2018 Holiday Cheer at the Pier Bigger and Better

Friday November 23, 2017 from 4-9pm

Santa, Santa’s Village, Lighted Boat Parade, and Fireworks Finale

Chattanooga, TN - Holiday Cheer at the Pier is presented a second time by The Weekly Fig Co., East Tennessee’s Farm Market Delivered. Weekly Fig’s mission is to connect local farmers and artisans to the greater Chattanooga community and the same goes for Holiday Cheer at the Pier. Santa’s Village, starting at 4pm, is a collection of artisans and food trucks that call the Chattanooga area home. “This is an event for locals, by locals,” said Anju Wilson, co-founder of Weekly Fig. “We really put a lot more into this years’ event. We have over 60 local vendors and invited The Bitter Alibi to serve up Hot Toddies with Chattanooga Whiskey, Mulled Wine and Holiday Beer from Odd Story Brewing. We have great prize packages for boaters and vendors, so we really expect some great decorations to help kick off the spirit of the season.”

Erwin Marine is organizing the Lighted Boat Parade once again, and boats can register all the way up to the parade that begins at 6:30pm! (Email events@weeklyfig.com for details) The Southern Belle and the 3rd Deck Burger Bar at Pier 2 is sponsoring the grand finale of fireworks at 8:30pm. Those who want to watch the lighted boat parade from the Southern Belle Riverboat can do so by calling 423.799.2641. Weekly Fig has coordinated the lighting of Walnut Street Bridge to coincide with the fireworks and will be raffling a gift box for those who RSVP. Register for free at CheerAtThePier.com.

Mike Key Entertainment (423-313-1878) will be DJ’ing Christmas Music from the Pier with US101 and 98.1 The Lake. Santa’s village will be on Ross’s Landing offering Photos with Santa, Food and Crafts, and “Reindeer Games” for children, which includes a station to write letters to Santa.
