A Christmas Tail 5K and Mutt Strut

Saturday, December 12th The 5K is both a competitive race and a non-competitive fun run and walk for 2-legged participants only. The course is flat and fast. The race begins at 9:00 a.m. followed immediately by the fun run/walk. Awards will be presented following the 5K race in the following divisions: Overall male & female, 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 & over.

The Mutt Strut is for participants of all ages and their canine friends. It is a 1-mile fun walk starting at 9:45 a.m. You can rent a shelter dog for this is event. All 2-Legged Participants will receive a 100% cotton long sleeved t-shirt. All 4-Legged Participants will receive special treats. Proceeds benefit the Humane Educational Society.
