Knoxville singer-songwriter Adam Whipple will perform with full band. This independent writer from East Tennessee plays a thoughtful, at times progressive style of literate folk that brushes a foot against blues, country, and jazz. Having released two projects, Old Skin Horse (2008) and the Letters from Sinclair's Eve EP (2011), Adam is poised to begin work on his second full-length record. He has been one of the go-to utility players for a number of musicians in the Knoxville area, stepping up to the mic with guitars, keys, accordion, mandolin, hammered dulcimer, and penny whistle.
Indie songwriter Evan Andree will open.
