Greet the New Year with this month’s Artful Yoga featuring a meditative walk through a 19th century painting that will guide us to find the lights of energy within ourselves. Prepare for the New Year in this practice led by ClearSpring instructor and co-director Anthony Crutcher. Open to all levels, participants encouraged to bring own mat if possible. Registration not required.
