Artful Yoga: The Touch of Yoga

Before you get caught in the hustle of the holidays, take a moment to slow down with artful yoga. In today’s practice we’ll explore our senses as we experience art with Hunter staff and yoga instructor Jillian Shelton Ricks of Jillian’s Studio (http://www.jilliansstudio.net/). Then Jillian will engage our senses through a yoga practice in the lobby that is inspired by the art.

Participants are required to bring a mat. A $5 donation for this community artful yoga supports the Hunter Museum’s educational programs. Since the gallery portion of the program is so integral to the experience, we do ask that all participants arrive on time in order to be a part of the artful yoga program.
