Join Front Runner Athletics during this all-skill-levels welcome FREE group workout - new comers always expected! Personal trainer and avid runner Kimber Keplinger will be leading the group workout this week. We are excited to hear what she has to share!
**Meet under the overhang of the Outdoor Chattanooga building near the private gardens and old tennis court.
8:30-8:35am Kimber will share insight on muscle mechanics used while running
8:35-9:00am Group workout (all skill levels included!)
9:00-9:30am Group run/jog/walk (Run longer or finish early, do what you are comfortable with!)
9:30am Refreshments and snacks served as well as a chance to mingle with one another

What are Front Runner Athletics Group Workouts? Every 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month we will meet to workout. Our workouts are led by a new expert every week and designed to include a variety of fitness levels. Our goal is to encourage you to explore fresh ways to get in shape while meeting an abundance of new faces in your community. Each session will start with a brief educational segment teaching us how to get the most out of each workout followed by a group exercise and finishing with a run or walk. Everyone is welcome!
