Coker Tire Museum 1317 Chestnut Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37402
The Chattanooga Cruise-In is one of the south’s largest cruise-in events and takes place twice each year. The annual spring event has proven to be the larger of the two with thousands of cars, trucks, motorcycles and more pouring in the scenic city’s historic south side. The fall event usually draws a slightly smaller crowd but still fills the area to capacity.
The fall Chattanooga Cruise-In is scheduled for Saturday September, 13, 2014 and will again feature the trademark Coker Tire Company open house, food vendors and for the first time, a Pinewood Derby will take place for the kids, benefiting the Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer.
Chattanooga Cruise-In is a free event open to the public and to classic and collector vehicles. Parking is limited and is first come first serve. Typically patrons come and go throughout the day and the event winds down before sunset. The fall event has been the less-crowded of the two over the past few years. Temperatures usually range from the high 70s to the mid-80s.
Please note that the grass lot normally used for the Chattanooga Cruise-In will not be available for this event.
