Chattanooga Firefighters Association Benefit Concert
to
Memorial Auditorium 399 Mccallie Avenue, City of Chattanooga, Tennessee 37402
The Chattanooga Firefighters Association is raising funds for their educational and safety programs by hosting a benefit concert starring 1964 The Tribute with special guest Chris Simmons. The show will be held Sunday, June 1st at 6:30 PM at Memorial Auditorium. By purchasing tickets to the show, you are helping support our many outstanding programs in Chattanooga and Hamilton County. These include:
- Public Safety by distributing smoke detectors throughout Hamilton County and North Georgia.
- "Disaster Relief" - This program helps local families that become displaced due to fires or other tragedies.
- Community Outreach by supporting organizations such as Orange Grove Center, Chambliss Children’s Home, "Kids Day Out" for children with terminal illness, Camp Phoenix Burn Camp, and other local charities.
- Encouraging Stronger Laws and Higher Standards on behalf of the fire fighters to help prevent injury and death in the line of duty due to hazardous materials and contagious diseases.
The Fire Fighters are rated as having the most hazardous occupation in terms of death and injury. Working with the citizens of Hamilton County, perhaps we can change these statistics. To help support, sponsor or for more information, please call 423-899-4990.
