The Chattery Presents "Introduction to Pilates"

This invigorating Pilates class is for all levels and abilities. Fletcher Pilates is a movement based style of Pilates focusing on developing core strength, upper and lower body strength, flexibility, mobility and coordination. Classes will incorporate floor work, barre work, and towel work.
