Executive Chef Adam Roe and his talented culinary team will be preparing an elaborate Easter Brunch that will be served in the hotel’s Grand Ballroom from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Easter Sunday, April 5. The price is $37.95 for adults, $18.95 for children who are six to 12, and complimentary for little ones who are five and younger. Broad Street Grille’s Easter Brunch, which includes unlimited champagne, features a wide variety of delicious breakfast items, such as poached eggs with smoked brisket and hollandaise on English Muffin; southern buttermilk biscuits with sausage gravy; hashbrown casserole; omelet and farm fresh egg station; and a Belgian Waffle station.
Coca-Cola and bourbon glazed ham and mint and garlic marinated leg of lamb will be carved to order at the chef’s action station.
Mouthwatering entrées and sides include pan seared salmon with shellfish stew, rosemary chicken confit with roasted garlic jus, baked gnocchi, roasted potato medley, spring asparagus medley with heirloom tomatoes and Harvest Salad Bar. Seafood selections are peel-and-eat shrimp, pastrami salmon, smoked trout, clam salad and PEI Mussel salad.
Delectable desserts include a dark chocolate waterfall fountain with marshmallow squares, fresh fruit, brownies and cookies; carrot cake; coconut cake; cheesecake; bananas foster bread pudding; and petite tarts.
