Broad Street Grille’s Easter Champagne Brunch, which includes unlimited champagne, features a wide variety of delicious breakfast items, such as southern benedict with grit cakes, poached eggs, collards and hollandaise; buttermilk crepes with strawberries and cream cheese; BSG breakfast potato casserole; Melvin’s omelet and farm fresh egg station; and a Belgian Waffle station.
Coca-Cola, bourbon and brown sugar glazed smoked ham and garlic-rosemary crusted roast beef will be carved to order at the chef’s action station.
Mouthwatering entrées include blackened whitefish with tasso shrimp étouffée sauce and braised chicken with artichoke and greens in a creole tomato sauce. Seafood selections are peel-and-eat shrimp, oysters on the half shell, creole smoked catfish salad, clam salad, and PEI Mussel salad.
Delectable desserts include a milk chocolate waterfall fountain with marshmallow squares, fresh fruit, brownies and cookies; banana pudding; bananas foster bread pudding; and an amazing assortment of miniature cup cakes, assorted bars and cheesecakes.
