In this film from legendary director D.W. Griffith, Lincoln’s early life is depicted in the years leading up to his presidency, as well as his leadership during the American Civil War.
The script was co-written by Stephen Vincent Benét, author of the Civil War prose poem "John Brown's Body” and has come to be regarded as one of the definitive films on the life of our 16th president.
Our presentation is from a restored print in the Kino Classics Blu-ray collection.
Two showings at 2pm and 7pm.
