Getaway for a few hours or a full day and learn free yoga practices to reduce stress and revitalize the body and mind at the Isha Yoga retreat center located on the beautiful Cumberland Plateau. The Isha center will also offer a yummy veggie cooking class and outdoor family fun, including guided hikes to beautiful bluff vistas.

Opened in 2006, the Isha Yoga Retreat is a 1400-acre classical yoga center attracting visitors from around the world. The Center has over 50,000 sq. ft. of space dedicated to practicing yoga and meditation.​
