Go Fest, the City of Chattanooga’s annual event celebrating our community’s accessibility to everyone, regardless of their abilities, is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 22 at the Chattanooga Zoo.
The mission of Go Fest is to raise awareness and connect people living with disabilities to needed services, including health resources, educational opportunities and assistive technology.
From animal attractions at the Chattanooga Zoo to adaptive sports, Go Fest offers active opportunities for families and attendees of all backgrounds and abilities. The fun, free day also includes interactive exhibits like Touch-a-Truck and entertainment and musical performances.
Parking at the Chattanooga Zoo will be limited but shuttle service will be provided from the Hamilton County Juvenile Court (1600 E 3rd St, Chattanooga, TN 37404) and UT Family Practice Center (1100 E 3rd St, Chattanooga, TN 37403) parking lot.
