    Hellbender is the most unique team fitness challenge in the South.  Located in Chattanooga, the Hellbender is a keystone event in Chattanooga’s 10 day River Rocks Festival.   RiverRocks celebrates the Tennessee Valley’s incomparable natural resources, the health benefits of an active, outdoor lifestyle and Chattanooga’s commitment to environmental stewardship and land conservation.

    If you are an athlete in training and can run a 5K, jump, climb and balance, you will be able to compete in this event.

    Competitors who dare can choose to participate in an entire day of games as a team of 3 in the Hellbender Challenge, or opt to participate in only the Demon Chase obstacle course as a team or individual.

    When:

    Hellbender Challenge registration will open at 7:30am and waves will start at 9am

    Demon Chase only registration will open at 10am and waves will start at 11am

    Chickstock after party will begin at 12pm
