St. John's United Methodist Church 3921 Murray Hills Drive, City of Chattanooga, Tennessee 37416
Thursday, November 17, 2016, the Photographic Society of Chattanooga will present Bill Lea.
Mr. Lea has been photographing in the Smokies since 1975, and has been teaching workshops at Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont since 1992. Capturing intimate images of wildlife, scenery, wildflowers and a variety of other natural subjects in “just the right light” has long been the trademark of Bill’s photography. More than 7,000 of Bill’s photos have been published in various formats, and he is the only person to have 3 front covers in a row on Field & Stream magazine.
Mr. Lea’s program will be, “How to Improve Your Photography: Image Critiques”, and he’ll be critiquing images submitted by members with a discussion on how to improve our photography. The presentation will begin at 7:00 p.m. Visitors are always welcome.
For beginners or anyone looking to improve their photography, join Boot Camp at 6:00pm. The topic will be “Image Discussion”, with tips proved on how to improve the image.
