Have you been wanting to try out the rapidly growing sport of standup paddleboarding, or SUP? How about trying Yoga on a SUP board?! Come test your balance with us in the comfort of the Warner Park pool with certified instructors to teach you the basics before you venture out on your own adventures.
Classes are each Tuesday from June 7 through August 30. Each week alternates between intro to SUP yoga and SUP basics, beginning with the basics on June 7. The SUP yoga classes start on June 14th and alternate every other tuesday through August 23. There are two classes each night. One at 5:30 and one at 6:30.
