The seafood boil, by Lee Towery Catering, will feature shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn on the cob. A non-shellfish dish will be available as well as pork sliders and parmesan-crusted marinated chicken breast along with fruit and cheeses. We will also serve roast beef tenderloin and a grilled marinated flank steak at carving stations, complimented with mashed potatoes and sweet mashed potatoes. Drinks, including cocktails, wine, and beer are provided.
The silent auction will showcase wonderful donations from local businesses, and the event will conclude with desserts and champagne. Live entertainment with Priscilla and Little Rickee Band.
