Josh Gilbert

Josh Gilbert is a traveling Singer-songwriter as well as Acoustic Rock Band frontman, delivering diverse and melodic anthems and ballads. He has a sound in the vein of Need To Breathe, Ray LaMontagne, and John Mark MacMillan. Josh Gilbert’s songwriting is influenced by artists ranging from alternative acts like U2, Coldplay, Keane and Switchfoot- to classics such as Sting, Seal and Bad Company. With a passionate and soulful voice, Josh Gilbert’s  solo music features on a dynamic vocal range, creative hooks and picturesque lyrics. From 2000-2011 Josh Gilbert wrote and performed as the lead-singer in the TN-based Indie/Rock Band, Jettison Never,  touring independently and relentlessly across the U.S. in over 800+ shows, and 44 states. Today Josh Gilbert performs and tours regularly to all sorts of venues and stages (from Hard Rock Cafe Nashville/Gatlinburg/etc.. to VOX Montreal and River’s Edge Church in Quebec) across the country and outside the US (including Two CANADA Tours in 2012, performing in cities such as Toronto, Barrie, Uxbridge, Sherbrooke and Montreal)
