Celebrate Mom at Broad Street Grille’s elegant Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch. Executive Chef Adam Roe and his talented culinary team will be preparing an incredible Champagne Brunch that is fit for a queen. The meal will be served from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 11. The price is $37 for adults and $19 for children who are under 12; little ones six and younger eat for free. The Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch, which includes champagne, will begin with a variety of mouthwatering starters, such as, Peel-and-Eat Shrimp, Tuna Tartare Shots, Chorizo Clam Salad and Broad Street Grille Antipasto Bar.
At the Chef’s Action Station, Smoked Prime Rib and Brandied Apricot Glazed Ham will be served. Melvin will also be cooking his made-to-order omelets, a guest favorite, and chefs will prepare Malted Belgium Waffles.
There will be a large variety of delicious breakfast fare, such as Green Chili Benedict; Farm Fresh Scrambled Eggs; Smoked Bacon; Sausage Patties; Breakfast Potato Casserole; and Southern Buttermilk Biscuits with Sausage Gravy. Other items that will be served include Seared Salmon with Corn Salad and Truffle Vinaigrette; Artichoke-Lemon Gremolata Rotisserie Chicken; and a variety of salads, soup and bread.
Broad Street Grille’s mouthwatering desserts include a Chocolate Waterfall with Marshmallows, Pound Cake, Cookies, Strawberries and Angel Food Cake, and an amazing assortment of other Bars, Cheesekcakes, Tarts, Cupcakes, Dessert Shots, Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding and Bourbon-Peach Cobbler.
