The Chattanooga community is invited to a fall block party this Saturday, Nov. 3, on North Holly Street in the Bushtown neighborhood. The event will be hosted by Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise (CNE) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Seasonal festivities will include fall food, including caramel apples, and activities, such as face painting and cornhole.

The block party will be hosted in a series of five homes available for purchase. After touring all five homes, qualified participants can enter a drawing to win up to $20,000 in homebuyer incentives. CNE will also have a homeownership specialist on-site to discuss the benefits of homeownership and share resources available at CNE to help buy a home.
