Bring the family and friends downtown on May 2nd for an old-fashioned Appalachian Pig Pickin’ hosted by terraMáe Appalachian Bistro.
For this event, terraMáe will block off the alley behind the restaurant’s patio from 6-10 p.m. The restaurant will add outdoor tables and seats for anyone who wants to relax and grab a plate of Chef Shelley's delicious food and a drink while listening to Old Time Travelers perform bluegrass music. Adult tickets are $20pp and include food and 1 drink. Food selections are Whole Roasted Pig Pickin', Apple Cider & TN Honey Slaw, New Potato Salad, Sliced Vine Ripe Tomatoes & Vidalias, Deviled Eggs and Whiskey Snow Cones. Mixologist Justin Stamper will have a specialty cocktail for the evening, and a keg of local beer tapped, in addition to our standard wine, beer and cocktail menu.
Kid’s plates for those 12 and under will be available for $5 each with free lemonade to drink.
terraMáe General Manager and Executive Chef Shelley Cooper said people who are downtown for Nightfall can stop by the restaurant to enjoy some great food and music, fun times and a tasty beer or cocktail as they’ve done in the past.
