April Meeting

Nutritionist, Michelle Enter: Food, Our Most Powerful Medicine: Eating to Boost Your Immune & Avoid Cancer.  Let Food Be Your Medicine...It takes more than a gummy vitamin a day to keep the doctor away. It turns out that eating some pretty surprising nutrients will help keep your immune system on guard. You can ensure that your body and immunity run smoothly and boost your body from the inside out with powerful foods that help your immune system function optimally.

New groundbreaking research also proposes that you can stop cancer before it begins to grow. This new preventive approach is called anti-angiogenesis, and states that by changing the way you eat, you can change your “internal environment,” thereby depriving cancer cells the opportunity to grow and multiply. Certain foods, eaten in the correct portions and frequency, can provide "cancer-starving" benefits.

Michelle Enter will provide information about feeding those cells for optimal health.
