River City Sessions, a celebration of southern music and storytelling, will be hosting a fundraiser benefiting Lula Lake Land Trust. Performances will feature Brian Haynes of the Chattanooga Folk School, Rising Fawn Social Club, and an excerpt from local playwright Peggy Douglas’s “A Visit with Mother Maybelle“, a celebration of the life of Maybelle Carter. Admission is a suggested donation of $10 per person and proceeds benefit the Lula Lake Land Trust. Food and beverages will be available on site for additional purchase.
