Serve & Protect 2013 will feature the "Decapod Duel"
Join us on Thursday, September 19th for culinary wit and wisdom delivered with a generous portion of entertainment. Serve & Protect 2013 will feature the "Decapod Duel" on the IMAX stage, pitting shrimp against crayfish in a winner tempts all demonstration that explores the culinary possibilities of these two sustainable seafood choices. The focus will be on Gulf seafood when celebrity chef Virginia Willis shares the stage with New Orleans' highly acclaimed chef, Susan Spicer. Choose from a lunchtime matinee or an elegant evening affair.
Serve & Protect Lunch: You will be greeted with champagne mixers at 11 a.m., while sustainable seafood cooking demonstrations are presented throughout the IMAX Great Hall. The dessert reception that follows will feature goodies that can be brought back to the office for those with limited lunch hours.
Serve & Protect Dinner: This evening event will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the IMAX Great Hall.
