Spectrum Gala
Hunter Museum of American Art 10 Bluff View, City of Chattanooga, Tennessee 37403
Chattanooga’s premier arts gala is on the horizon, and Gala Chairs Julia and Keith Sanford, Art Selection Chairs Holly and Marc Harwell, and their respective committees have been busy putting final touches on this much-anticipated event supporting the Hunter.
Saturday night’s seated dinner and live auction will be held on the exquisite Hunter Museum River Terrace. Emceed by Jim and Dan Kennedy, this year’s auction will feature a variety of artworks selected at galleries from Chicago to Charleston. We anticipate lively bidding!
Guests will also have the opportunity to help grow the museum’s permanent collection through the “museum purchase appeal,” when Spectrum guests pledge funds to purchase a work of art chosen by the curators and acquisitions committee. Following the auction, guests will cap the evening enjoying live music and dessert in the grand Atrium.
Sponsored for the 20th year by First Tennessee Foundation, Spectrum 2017 promises to be unforgettable. We hope you will join us!
