Join Thom Demas, the Aquarium's curator of fishes, for a meal you'll tell your friends about. The Broad Street Grille's culinary team have planned an amazing four-course dinner featuring sustainable seafood. The evening starts at 6:30 pm with passed Hors d'oeuvres and champagne. The dinner begins with Maine Lobster Benedict, a soup sampler of Lobster Cappuccino, Low Country Oyster Gumbo and Yellow Tomato Gazpacho-Old Bay Croutons-Smoked Shrimp. For the second course, the chef will serve grilled bourbon glazed Gulf shrimp with crawfish hushpuppies and peaches & cream corn gravy. Pan-seared diver scallops, potato gnocchi and crispy Benton's Ham with truffle butter will be served during the third course. The fourth course features seafood bouillabaisse followed by crispy skin Yellowtail Snapper, Shrimp, Crawfish, Clams and Squid in a garlic-saffron tomato broth.
