Thanksgiving Dinner at Broad Street Grille will begin with a variety of delicious starters, including Peel and Eat Shrimp; Cajun Smoked Catfish; Smoked Salmon; Oyster on the Half Shell; Blackened Blue Crab Deviled Eggs; and a delicious Antipasto display and BSG Harvest Soup and Salad Bar.
Buttermilk Fried Turkey Breast and Lynchburg Lemonade Glazed Smoked Ham with Cider Mustard will be carved to order. Other incredible dishes that will be served include 24-Hour Braised Beef Short Ribs; Velvet Mashed Potatoes; Southern Penne Pasta; Braised Kale Cornbread Dressing; Roast Local Sweet Potatoes and Acorn Squash; and Sauteed Vegetable Medley.
The mouthwatering meal will conclude with a wide array of delectable desserts, including a Dark Chocolate Waterfall with assorted toppings; Apple-Molasses Bread Pudding; and dozens of pies, cakes, tortes and dessert shots.
