The fall season provides outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers with a cornucopia of delectable and nutritious edible wild plants. The challenge is knowing what is - and what isn’t - edible! Come join Marty Miller, Outdoor Leadership professor at Southern Adventist University, for a few hours of foraging in the fields and forest around the Chattanooga Arboretum and Nature Center. The class will commence with an informative PowerPoint presentation. We will follow up with a hike and wild food cookout. Bon appétit!
