Tennessee’s first green restaurant lives up to its certification with more than its recycling and bike-friendly locale. 212 Market Restaurant features fresh, local ingredients from the best regional farmers and suppliers—Falls Mill, Link 41, Sequatchie Cove Farms, and Pickett Trout Ranch. Their bread is baked in-house, and they feature a selection of signature desserts, including Vanilla Crème Brûlée, Chocolate Truffle Cake, and assorted homemade ice creams and sorbets.
