Jolly Walrus presents Johnathan Scales Fourchestra featuring the Applebutter Express, April 15th at Soutsides newest venue, The Granfalloon.
A funky 3-piece band out of Birmingham Alabama, Johnathan Scales Fourchestra weaves together the Caribbean classic feel of a steel pan and creates a unique jazzy sound.
Next up, Applebutter Express, notably known for their new song “Hey My Brotha,” featured in the Ron Howard film “The Good Lie” starring Reese Witherspoon released in October of 2015. The Applebutter Express has performed at such prestigious festivals as Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, Hulaween, Suwannee Springfest, and many others.
