The Kansas Bible Company came into being during the summer of 2008 at Goshen College in Northern Indiana. Featuring a five-man horn line, three guitars, two percussionists and one bass, the Kansas Bible Company play music influenced by surf, soul, prog, hip-hop, classical, pep band, and good old fashioned rock and roll. All eleven of the members moved into a house in Nashville in the summer of 2011. The band currently has two full length albums, Ad Astra Per Aspera, Hotel Chicamauga which was recently released and an EP, Surf Rock Trilogy.
