Empire Wrestling Entertainment will present The Amy Brown Benefit Show on Friday, March 21, 2014 at the Rossville Athletic Center, 301 Williams Street, Rossville, GA. Brown suffers from severe Type 1 Diabetes and has been hospitalized numerous times over the past year due to extreme fluctuations in her blood sugar. Proceeds from this event will help defray the cost of an insulin pump which doctors consider vital to her health. Gates open at 7pm, with the first match at 8pm.
The main event will feature Johnny Viper and current EWE Champion Shaun Tempers facing Ace Rockwell and former Chattanooga Mocs linebacker and team captain, Gunner Miller. Viper and Tempers will be managed by "Cowboy" Joe Varner while "The Lawman" Gary "Doctor B" Haskew will be in the corner of Rockwell and Miller. Varner and Haskew are known to thousands in the area as two of the hosts on WGOW Talk Radio 102.3's Sport Talk airing 4pm-7pm Monday through Friday.
Other matches will involve wrestlers from both TNA and Ring of Honor. Cory Hollis vs. Tank, Ryan Vega vs. Jimmy Rave, Matt Fortune vs. Joey Lynch, and the Georgia Wrestling Hall of Fame Tag Team of the Year 2013 the Washington Bullets vs. Brother Fusion.
