Chef Charlie Loomis of 1885 Grill will join Amy Roberts, Director of Wine Sales for Horizon Distributing, to host a romantic dinner highlighting the Aquarium’s Serve & Protect initiative. This 4-course dinner will feature a Maine Lobster Cobb Salad and a Seasonal Pumpkin Bisque, topped with spicy pumpkin seeds and curry oil. A Low-Country style entrée will then highlight sustainable seafood with 1885’s Southern coastal flair. The evening will finish with a dessert to warm your soul. All courses will be paired with select wines from the Trinchero Family Estates and mood music will make for a truly romantic evening!
