On Valentine’s Day, Friday, February 14, Executive Chef Adam Roe and his talented culinary team will be preparing a romantic four-course meal for the holiday. The Valentine’s Day Dinner at Broad Street Grill will begin with champagne and a choice of Beef Carpaccio with Truffle-Honeycup Vinaigrette and Arugula Parmesan Salad; Smoked Scottish Salmon with Vodka-Pink Peppercorn Crème Fraîche and Corn Blini; or Blue Crab and Alaskan King Crab Dip with Artisan Bread and Crudités.
The second course is a selection of New Orleans Oyster Chowder with Oyster Beignet; Roasted Mixed Beet Salad with Hand Dipped Ricotta, Blood Oranges and House Cured Duck; or Lee and Gordon Hydroponic Greens with Roasted Apples, Chèvre and Champagne Vinaigrette.
Delicious entrée options are Charred Beef Tenderloin with Truffle Mashed Potatoes, Garlic Braised Greens and Pinot Reduction; Scottish Salmon Filet with Asparagus Succotash and Benton’s Country Ham Butter Sauce; Coffee Bourbon Braised Bison Short Ribs with Cauliflower Puree and Onion Confit Glacee; Pan Seared Maine Scallops with Riverview Farm Grits, Sweet Potatoes, Local Greens and Onion-Bacon Jam; Tanglewood Farms Chicken with Garlic-Thyme Gnocchi, House Cured Pancetta Velouté and Tri-Colored Carrots; and Roasted Ratatouille Tart with Sun Dried Tomato Crust, Chèvre and Pesto.
Guests will have a difficult time choosing among the incredible desserts options that include Dark Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding with Mocha Anglaise and Toffee; Strawberry Panna Cotta with Strawberry-Balsamic Compote and Sweet Cream; and Crème Brûlée Cheesecake with Mixed Berry Sauce and Sweet Cream. Champagne and Chocolate Truffles will also be served at the dinner.
After dinner at Broad Street Grille, couples may enjoy specialty cocktails while relaxing outside by the hotel’s cozy firepit or snuggle up inside at The Foundry with live music by local favorite Priscilla and Lil Rickee and dancing.
