Do you like this?

Robert Bilbo Walker, Kenny Brown, Howlin Madd Perry, and Mojo Risin Will Be Walkin' All Night Long

If chicken and crawfish could sing the blues, they'd likely be belting them out at the First Annual Champynooga Blues Festival on Saturday at Champy's Fried Chicken, where "all the lues and crawfish you can eat come with the price of a ticket." Featured bluesmen include Lon Eldridge, Ed Huey, Husky Burnette, Kenny Brown and the recently added Mojo Risin out of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, and they'll be wailing from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on April 27 at 526 E. MLK Blvd. The "MLK Block Party" will be cordoned off, and those buying a ticket ($27 adults, including chicken and crawfish, beverages extra) will be required to show ID and will be issued a bracelet. Can't wait for the Strut? Get your blues on this weekend at Champy's.
