Annual Buddy Walk
to
AT&T Field 201 Power Alley, City of Chattanooga, Tennessee 37402
On September 28, the stands of AT&T Field will be packed with friends, family and loved ones of those with Down syndrome in the greater Chattanooga area. We hope you will join the hundreds of participants who will put on their walking shoes and circle Power Alley for the Buddy Walk.
Help us get the word out for those who want to join a team and walk for DS Awareness or donate to the cause. Last year, more than 1400 walkers attended! On the day of the event, walkers will hear the inspiring story of Ashley DeRamus. The Birmingham, Alabama native is a nationally-known advocate for DS and started her own clothing line to show the world that individuals with Down syndrome can accomplish anything! Two local cheerleaders with DS will then lead the hundreds of walkers on the short route near AT&T Field. Families will return to the stadium for fun activities, prizes and food.
Walkers must register by September 27 at noon at www.chattanoogadownsyndrome.org
