As the March lion turns into the lamb we will welcome the contrasts of this changing season with a mindful afternoon balancing through the Hunter’s popular Artful Yoga program. We begin today’s practice with a gallery discussion about polarities and balance while exploring a work in the Hunter collection. Then we’ll move into the yoga practice in the lobby, led today by instructor Madia Swicord, co-director of the Chattanooga Yoga School and owner of Madia’s Healing Arts Studio. Free to all and open to all levels, participants encouraged to bring own mat if possible. Registration not required.
