Artful Yoga: Yoga Lates

Autumn and the return of school days puts us all in the mindset of learning new things so today artful yoga takes a new twist featuring two teachers and two approaches to linked practices. We are so proud to welcome well known Sports Barn yoga instructor Jonathan Ellis and Fletcher Pilates instructor Anne Willett to lead this session. As always we will begin with an in gallery mindful exploration of a work of art and then travel to the blended practice in the lobby

Participants are required to bring a mat. A $5 donation for this community artful yoga supports the Hunter Museum’s educational programs. Since the gallery portion of the program is so integral to the experience, we do ask that all participants arrive on time in order to be a part of the artful yoga program.
