Beginner Group Workout & Asics Demo Event

Join us for an all-skill-levels community workout! We are excited to have Angelin Miller from Asics bring shoes for us to try during our workout. This is a great chance to test the shoe yourself that it seems like everyone is recommending. We will also have refreshments and snacks

9:00-9:10am Free fitting for Asics Shoes

9:10-9:30am Group workout (all skill levels included!)

9:30-10:00am Group run/jog/walk (Run longer or finish early, do what you are comfortable with!)

10:00am-? Mingle with one another + refreshments and snacks served

Our "workouts" are led by a new expert every week and designed to include a variety of fitness levels. Our goal is to encourage you to explore fresh ways to get in shape while meeting an abundance of new faces in your community. Each session will start with a brief educational segment teaching us how to get the most out of each workout followed by a group exercise and finishing with a run or walk. Everyone is welcome!
