HOPE Harvest 2013
to
Chattanooga Area City of Chattanooga, Tennessee
On November 21st, 2009 Pneuma Christian Center of Chattanooga hosted the very first Hope Harvest. Hope Harvest 2009 was very successful and with contributions from organizations such as yours we were able to purchase 279 baskets loaded with 11 pound turkeys and all the sides to go along with them for a Thanksgiving feast that fed over 1800 people. Hope Harvest is a day of giving to the Chattanooga community, food for the holidays. That was five years ago and our Hope Harvest project has grown to assisting homes in the Chattanooga Metro area as well as North Georgia with 1000 turkeys distributed to these communities. For 2013 we will again successfully distribute 1000 turkeys, clothing and health screenings to over 1000 homes with the assistance of companies such as yours. We are excited to be a part of changing lives in our neighborhoods and hope that you will join us in this effort.
For Hope Harvest 2013, the Washington Hills, South Side Recreation Centers, and Brainerd Community will serve as sites for distribution. $35 is all it takes to assist in donating turkeys for three families. Saturday November 23rd. Washington Hills Rec Center @ 10 am, South Side Rec Center @ 12 pm, and Eastdale Rec Center @ 2:30 pm.
