The Shamrock Society Presents…The St. Chatty’s Day Parade on March 15, 2014. Parade entries are now being accepted now. The Shamrock Society is now accepting parade entries for the first St. Chatty’s Day Parade. This exciting event will be held in the North Shore community near downtown Chattanooga, Saturday, March 15, 2014. Celebrate the Irish Heritage and all things Green by entering your parade float in honor of the historical St. Patrick's Day! Parade fee is only $25 per entry.
The parade will begin at noon with the Alhambra Shrine Parade units and the Highlanders Pipe & Drum Line Band, leading the parade. The parade will line up across from Renaissance Park on River Street. It will start where River Street intersects Cherokee and take a right. The parade will proceed on Cherokee to Frazier and take a right on Tremont, then a right on River Street and back to Renaissance Park to the initial staging area.
