The Tomato Festival is this Sunday, 7/29, at Chattanooga Market! Get the season’s best tomatoes and meet the farmers who are growing many varieties including heirloom and organic. The Chattanooga Sustainable Farmers will be on hand sampling tomatoes and hosting 212 Market’s chef, Nick Goeller, who will prepare fried green tomatoes and Gazpacho to sampling for a donation to the organization.
It’s another opportunity to buy local, meet the source of your food, gather cooking tips and learn to eat and cook healthy for your family.
