College bands support The Camp House’s move.
Coffeehouse/venue The Camp House has been serving high-quality espresso and music for over four years now. The Williams Street location has been well used by authors, creative groups, musicians and communities—but this December, The Camp House is moving its business to 125 E. MLK Blvd.
To celebrate (and fundraise), The Camp House is hosting two college band nights. Friday and Saturday, Nov. 7 and 8, multiple bands from multiple colleges will come together and play at The Camp House to raise money for the move.
Six colleges will be represented: UTC, Lee University, Covenant College, Dalton State and Bryan College. The genres span indie acoustic, hip-hop styles, alternative pop, Americana, folk rock—you name it. Where else can you find a solid showcase of multiple local college bands with this kind of variety? Come by The Camp House Friday or Saturday and see what the local college bands are offering while supporting a great venue’s progression.
