Looking for a unique way to enjoy a night of live music, delicious food, specialty drinks and a panoramic view of the Scenic City? Consider hopping your way up to the rooftop of the Carta Garage above “The Block,” on Saturday, Oct. 11.
Back for its third year, the Rooftop Hop benefits green|spaces, a nonprofit that, as stated in their mission, “exists to further sustainability in the Chattanooga region, by promoting environmentally preferable practices for living, working, and building.”
Starting at 4:30 p.m., attendees enjoy hors d’oeuvres from more than 15 local restaurants, craft beer, wine and two specialty cocktails made with Chattanooga Whisky and Corsair Gin.
In addition to a night of food, fun and friends, live music from The Moccasin Benders, WTM Blues Band, and Futurebirds is sure to keep you dancing up on the roof.
General admission tickets are $55 per person for non-green|spaces members and $25 per person for members. Tickets can be purchased online at therooftophop.com/tickets.
If you’re still in the mood to party, attendees are also invited to the Rooftop Hop after-party at Rhythm & Brews. This party kicks off at 10 p.m. with music from Matt Stephens Project and Brokedown Hound. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased online or at the door.
So grab your sustainable friends and hop your way up to the eco-friendly party of the year.
