Our 10th Annual Chattanooga Chili Cook-Off will feature a CASI-Sanctioned Chili Cook-Off!   Annually, the Chili Appreciation Society International (CASI) sanctions over 500 cookoffs and raises over $1,000,000.00 for charity. By placing in this event cooks are able to earn points to help make them eligible for the Terlingua International Chili Championship held in Terlingua, TX.
