Aerialists of the Southeast Dance Performance

Chattanooga Aerials, founded by Aerialist Amy Powell in 2009 is Chattanooga's only Aerial Dance Company and Studio. Powell has choreographed, performed, and taught all levels of Aerial Dance for over a decade. She has worked and trained with notable dancers such as aerial-dance pioneer Susan Murphy and Elsie and Serenity Smith, former Cirque du Soleil members and the founders of the New England Circus Center. She was a performing member of Canopy Studio's Repertory Dance Company and has collaborated with such institutions as AROVA Contemporary Ballet of Birmingham.
