Cleveland City Schools Kindergarten Registration

Cleveland City Schools Kindergarten Registration - Thursday, March 7th from 5 PM - 7 PM. Register in your zoned school. Child must be age 5 on or before August 30th, 2013.

For registration, parents must bring their child's: Birth certificate (or record of birth from the hospital), child's social security card, recent physical (since January 1st, 2013), proof of residency (rent receipt, utility bill, etc.).

 Before entering school in August, every child should have: an Official birth certificate, a recent medical examination, all immunizations recorded on the TN Permanent Immunization Record - including 2 MMRs, 3 Hepatitis B, 5 DPT, 4 Polio, 2 Hepatitis A (effective July 2011) and 2 Chicken Pox vaccination).

Parents, it is very important that you register your child for Kindergarten on March 7th in order for your child to have a place in your local zoned school.

*It is NOT necessary to bring your child with you to Kindergarten Registration. If you have any questions, call your zoned elementary school.
