Looking to buy a home? At CNE, we understand that buying a home can be a daunting task, but we are here to make sure you do not go through it alone.

Join CNE for a FREE Homebuyer Orientation. This one time class introduces you to the process of buying a home from start to finish. After this orientation, we sit down with you and give you your personalized Next Steps towards homeownership.

Please bring COPIES of the following items with you:

1) Two of your most recent paystubs covering one month

2) Two of your most recent bank statements (if applicable)

3) If you are interested in moving forward there is a small fee for a credit report. This is the only fee you will pay for the entire process.
